Initial Consultation:
In your Consult session, we explain the personal training service we offer and answer any questions you might have. We listen to your objectives and then advise you of what we would do to help you reach those objectives. We will then bring you through a general workout, to introduce you to our training techniques (and personality!) to help you decide if we are the people to help you!
Personal Training Package
Following your consultation, we will advise which package we feel would work for you, your schedule and budget.
Your sessions may comprise of the following:
- Cardio Vascular Machines
- Resistance / Weight Training
- Kettlebell Training
- Studio-based Circuit Training /Spin Training / Aerobics
- Pilates Training & Posture Work
- Goal Setting & Dietary Analysis
