I have been training with Elaine for nearly 2 years. I have taken part in several Pilates courses given by Elaine at the Iveagh Fitness Club. I enjoy them emmensely and have really seen the benefits to my overall flexibility and my low back pain has totally gone. She is a great instructor, very clear and she modifies the exercises to suit the individuals in her class, which I found lacking in (bigger) classes I did elsewhere. I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone looking for Pilates training!
