I first contacted Elaine (4 years ago) just after having my second baby, when I felt I needed extra help losing the baby weight. I had my first session with Elaine a year ago as my last ditch effort to improve my health and get in shape. Despite having a gym membership for years, I rarely used it and was in dire need of intervention. I have been training with Elaine for nearly 3 years. I have taken part in several Pilates courses given by Elaine at the Iveagh Fitness Club. I enjoy them emmensely and have really seen the benefits to my overall flexibility and my low back pain has totally gone. She is a great instructor, very clear and she modifies the exercises to suit the individuals in her class, which I found lacking in (bigger) classes I did elsewhere. I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone looking for Pilates training!
